Mike Fogarty has worked at Briner since the age of 16. He received a BSEE cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1969 at which time he started working full time at Briner.
In 1976, he took and passed the license registration test as a professional engineer in the State of Missouri. Since that time, Briner has diversified from the “hard bid” projects to design/build and negotiated team projects.
Mr. Fogarty has personally managed major projects at St. Louis University Medical Center, Missouri Baptist Hospital, Bussmann Manufacturing, Mallinckrodt Chemical Corporate Headquarters, LGL Center, several Major Airport Projects, Lutheran Headquarters Building. Lambert-St. Louis Airport/Concourse D, Washington University Pediatrics Research, Grandview Office Building I & II., and the Washington University School of Medicine Northwest Tower project.
In addition, Mr. Fogarty served on the Board of Visitation Academy and was chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee; he has been on NECA’s Board of Directors for 4-terms and has held the position of Vice President and Treasurer.

John Fogarty worked at Briner Electric each summer through his high school and University education. Since graduating cum laude from Washington University in 1975, he has worked full time as an estimator/project manager and is currently President of the Corporation.
He has estimated and managed numerous major projects including St. Joseph Hospital/Lake St. Louis, St. Joseph Hospital St. Charles, St. Charles County Community College Phase I and II, A.G. Edwards Office Bldg, Delta Dental Office Bldg, Washington University Small Group Housing, and Pointe 400.

Michael Fogarty has been with Briner Electric since his graduation from the University of Notre Dame in 1993.
After starting in the estimating department he later managed projects such as DeSmet Jesuit High School Theater Addition, St. Louis Priory Theater and Classroom Addition, St. Clare of Assisi School Addition, FAA Automated Flight Service Station (Spirit of St. Louis Airport), St. Joseph’s Church Cottleville, Sidener Environmental, Annunciation Parish Center, and St. Cletus Parish Addition and Renovation.
Mr. Fogarty is the electrical contractor license holder for Briner.

Edward C. Green started work for Briner Electric in May of 1994 as an apprentice electrician. He served his apprenticeship with Briner and earned a position as foreman. He has worked on such projects as Sarah Community, Washington University Clinical Research Building, and Washington University Pediatrics Research Bldg, A.G. Edwards Learning Center, Lake St. Louis Government Center, and the Moolah Parking Garage.
While working as an electrician, Mr. Green earned a degree in electrical engineering from Washington University School of Engineering. He has been promoted to Project Director enabling him to bring his field experience and education towards Design/Build and Project management.
Mr. Green passed his Professional Engineering license exam and is registered in the State of Missouri.

Hugh Terry has been with Briner since 1995. He has a B.A. degree in management from Webster University and is a former marine.
Mr. Terry has worked in the St. Louis and Phoenix areas directing projects for Anheuser Busch, Boeing, Chrysler, Monsanto, among many others.
Since his employment at Briner Mr. Terry has estimated many projects that are too numerous to list. He has also managed projects such as Washington University Knight Center, Washington University Brown Hall, Stout Marketing, and St. Peter’s Parish.
Shannon Fogarty Fisher, Esq., Project Manager sff@brinerelec.com
Shannon Fogarty Fisher started working for Briner Electric in August, 2004. She received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2000. After a year of work as a process engineer, Shannon decided to attend law school and graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2004. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Missouri and plans on taking the Professional Engineers examination.
Mrs. Fogarty Fisher has managed projects for Washington University School of Medicine – Northwest Tower project, Hampton Inn & Kriegers at the Highlands, Loop Lofts, and the Isle of Capri Casinos Corporate Headquarters.

Jesse Thurber started working for Briner in June, 2007. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2007.
Mr. Thurber has started his career at Briner by estimating numerous projects.
