Solae Global Headquarters |

Soy product giant, the Solae Company, relocated its global headquarters to the CORTEX district from its previous location in downtown St. Louis. As a company committed to creating products for healthy living, it is fitting that its new headquarters is LEED certified. This design/build project included a 4 story office building and a 4 story lab building connected by a multi-level walkway containing meeting rooms.

Washington University School of Medicine - Northwest Tower |

This new, 8 story office tower was built on top of the existing Children's Hospital Parking Garage. Briner's contract included the core and shell work as well as 8 levels of tenant finish totaling over 170,000 square feet.

This design/build project featured a 2 level, 40,000 square foot office building located in Chesterfield Valley. Briner's contract included site development and provisions for future tenant finish.

This design/build project invoved the complete renovation of the 16 story former Pet Milk Building at 400 South 4th Street into 118 apartments, two levels of parking, and a future restaurant.

This is a “monumental grade” 5-story executive education building for Washington University. Briner’s multi-million dollar contract included faculty offices, tiered classrooms, kitchen, dining room, and 2 levels of hotel rooms. This project included the latest hi-tech equipment available.

St. Clare of Assisi Additions and Alterations |

Briner was privileged to work two phases of the St. Clare of Assisi elementary school. In total the projects exceeded a million dollars electrically and included a new library, classrooms, cafeteria and computer labs.

Washington University Psychology Building |

This is 4-story classroom building built for Washington University’s Psychology Department. Briner’s multi-million dollar contract included electrical work for labs, classrooms, and offices.

St. Charles Community College - Phase I and II |

|
This multi-million dollar electrical project consisted of a new campus for St. Charles Community College. This included 6 new buildings and infrastructure as well as a power plant, 2 academic buildings, student union, library, and theater.
