Briner has begun work on the complete renovation of a 2 story office building in Creve Coeur for tenant Alter Trading.  This project will feature a variety of lighting fixtures ranging from 2x4 fluorescents to LED accent lighting.  As a trader of metals on financial markets, it is critical to the client for its operations to have zero downtime; therefore, a 500 KW generator will provide emergency power to the entire facility.  In order to save the client money, Briner will be installing aluminum conductors to feed the main service and the generator.

The Crescent is a high end, mixed use project located in Clayton next to the Ritz Carlton.  This design/build project includes distribution for the condominiums, common area spaces, and parking garage, an emergency generator, and customized condominium designs.
